    Yes, going by the Times listings this has to be August or September 1967.

    Towards the end of the show Alan says that next week's programme will be the last. A Date with the Forties ended in the last week of the Light Programme so that dates this show as Monday 18 September (2130-2200). A great find, and yes it does sound like Dance Band Days.
